The Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Premier and the Rotary Club of Loyola Heights, District 3780, formally strengthened their ties through the signing of a Sisterhood Agreement on July 18, 2026, at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
The signing took place a day after the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Premier celebrated its 12th Induction and Handover Ceremony, marking an early milestone for the club under the leadership of newly inducted President Mae Grace Siao.
Representing the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Premier were President Mae Grace Siao, Assistant Secretary Maricel Seno, and newly inducted Rotarian Jaynah Boado. The Rotary Club of Loyola Heights was represented by its President, Marjorie Jalosjos.
The Sisterhood Agreement marks the beginning of a closer relationship between the two clubs, creating opportunities to strengthen fellowship, exchange ideas and best practices, and explore future collaborations through Rotary service.
President Mae Grace Siao welcomed the partnership, emphasizing the opportunities it creates for both clubs.
"It's a great opportunity for our club. Establishing a sister club relationship would allow us to build friendships beyond our district, exchange ideas and best practices and possibly collaborate on future service projects. It's a meaningful way to expand our Rotary network and create lasting partnerships."
The signing highlighted Rotary's spirit of fellowship by connecting members across districts and opening the door to future initiatives that advance Service Above Self.
