STEPHANIE A. URCHICK

Stephanie Urchick's professional background is in the higher education, consulting, and entertainment industries. She received her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been recognized and awarded by The Rotary Foundation and numerous community and international organizations. She is a member of the Rotary Club of McMurray, Pennsylvania, USA. She will serve RI as president in 2024-25.

HUBERT B. QUIBLAT

Hubert B. Quiblat joined the Rotary family in 1997 with the Rotary Club of Malaybalay, later transferring to the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro in 1999. Sponsored by PDG Dante Sarraga, he embraced Rotary’s values, earning recognition as New Rotarian of the Year and holding various leadership roles. Returning to RC Malaybalay, he served as Club President, Assistant Governor, and District Secretary. Initially classified in Government Banking, he shifted to Environmental Planning after retirement.

Beyond Rotary, Hubert contributes to his community as a Civil Society Representative and church leader. He and his wife, Paz Balba, have three children: Katrina (1988), Hubert II (1991), and Zuriel (1994). Katrina, a former rotary exchange student, continues the family tradition in Rotary.

Hubert remains dedicated to service, looking forward to furthering Rotary’s mission within the district and beyond.

NIELGEM "EM-EM" BEJA

Nielgem Beja is a dedicated mother to her spirited baby boy, Yuri, and a passionate advocate for justice and community service. Her legal career began with passing the 2019 Bar Exam, the last handwritten and first with an online oath-taking. She started as an associate at Lavina Law and quickly advanced to junior partner. Beja joined the legal committee of Bantay Kurapsyon for DILG Region 10, fighting corruption and contributing to significant reforms.

Co-founding Behiga, Beja & Abalde Law Office with her law school buddy and fellow Rotarian, Atty. Sarah Jane Behiga, Emem demonstrated her dedication and hard work. She balances her legal practice with her role as the Special Project Research Officer for CAAP Region 10. 


As president of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Premier, Beja presides over the board of directors.
