Rotary International President
 
OLAYINKA HAKEEM BABALOLA

Rotary International President Olayinka Hakeem Babalola is a member of the Rotary Club of Trans Amadi, Nigeria. His Rotary journey began in 1984 as a Rotaractor, and he joined Rotary in 1994. Over the years, he has served Rotary in numerous leadership capacities, including District Governor, Rotary International Director, and Rotary International Vice President. He has also played a significant role in Rotary’s global polio eradication efforts through his service on the End Polio Now Countdown to History Campaign Committee and the Nigeria National PolioPlus Committee.

An engineer by profession, President Babalola spent 25 years in the oil and gas industry, holding senior leadership positions with Shell PLC before founding Riviera Technical Services Ltd. and Lead and Change Consulting. He is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations in Nigeria.

A dedicated supporter of The Rotary Foundation, President Babalola is an Arch Klumph Society member and has established a named endowment. He also serves as a trustee of ShelterBox UK. His many recognitions include the Rotary International Service Above Self Award, the Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World, and The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service.

President Babalola and his wife, Preba, reside in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Through his leadership, Rotary continues to strengthen its commitment to service, peacebuilding, and creating lasting change in communities around the world.

MAUREEN G. CACABELOS

District Governor Maureen G. Cacabelos is an educator, businesswoman, and community leader from Midsayap, Cotabato. A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, she further developed her leadership expertise through executive studies at the Asian Institute of Management and graduate-level studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Business Administration. 

She has held key leadership positions in business, education, and civic organizations, including the Rotary Club of Midsayap and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry–Central Mindanao. A dedicated educator since 2001, she is also a certified TESDA Assessor and Department of Tourism trainer. 

Within Rotary District 3870, she has served as Club President, Assistant Governor, and District Chair in several avenues of service. A Major Donor and PolioPlus Society Member, she will serve as District Governor for Rotary Year 2026–2027. She is the first District Governor from the Rotary Club of Midsayap and the first female District Governor from Zone 3.

MAE GRACE "MAYANG" SIAO

Mae Grace Pilapil Siao is a sales professional with nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of the Cebu Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, she has dedicated her entire 18-year career to Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation, where she has earned recognition as one of the company’s top-performing sales agents.

Her achievements include being named a Top 10 Sales Executive in Mindanao and a Circle of Excellence Awardee in 2020, along with multiple awards for outstanding sales performance, customer relations, and commitment to excellence. Her expertise includes sales strategy, business development, client relationship management, and customer service.

A Rotarian since 2018, Mae is a member of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Premier. She has served as Club Secretary twice and was recognized as the Most Outstanding Club Secretary in Rotary International District 3870.

Mae Grace is married to Mandel Anthony Lim Siao, and together they are proud parents to their daughter, Meira. Her journey reflects resilience, adaptability, integrity, and a passion for service.

Mae sits as head of the Board of Directors for the Rotary year 2026-2027.
